Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, free trials, and refunds work for CreaterAI subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Business). By subscribing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day free trial

New accounts may start a 14-day free trial on eligible paid plans (Starter or Pro). During the trial you are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed for that subscription period. After the trial ends, your selected plan renews automatically at the published monthly rate unless you cancel beforehand.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support@createrai.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your account unless you request account deletion separately.

When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused time after a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or as described below.

3. Refund eligibility

We may issue a refund at our discretion in these situations:

Refunds are generally not provided for: change of mind after a paid period begins, unused features, failure to cancel before renewal, or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@createrai.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email, date of charge, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Business and custom plans

Business plans or custom agreements may include separate refund terms stated in your order form or contract. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.
