You agree not to: systematically retrieve data; trick or mislead us; circumvent security features; disparage us; use information to harass others; make improper use of support; use the Services inconsistently with laws; engage in unauthorized framing; upload viruses or spam; use automation; delete copyright notices; impersonate others; interfere with the Services; harass our employees; bypass access measures; copy our software; reverse engineer; use buying agents; make unauthorized use; compete with us; sell your profile; resell or sublicense; reverse engineer; use bots to overload; generate illegal or infringing content; bypass rate limits; or use the Service to develop competing products.

By submitting Contributions, you grant us a global, royalty-free license to utilize, modify, and distribute your Contributions without claiming ownership, while allowing other users to access and interact with your submitted content, and you also permit Tvastral to use non-personally identifiable information gathered from the Service to enhance its products and services, including for AI development purposes.

You may link your account with third-party accounts. We may access and store content from your Third-Party Accounts. Your relationship with third-party providers is governed solely by your agreement with them. In order to use certain features of the Services, you may be required to connect or authorize third-party accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WordPress, or other supported platforms. By connecting a Connected Account, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us access to such account and that doing so does not violate any agreement with the applicable third-party provider. You acknowledge that the availability, performance, and functionality of Connected Accounts are determined solely by the applicable third-party provider. We are not responsible for any unavailability, suspension, termination, or modification of any Connected Account or related services. Your relationship with any third-party provider is governed solely by your agreement with that provider, and we have no liability for actions or omissions of such providers.

The Services may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for Third-Party Websites or Content. You access them at your own risk.

We reserve the right to monitor the Services, take legal action, refuse or disable content, and manage the Services to protect our rights.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR $100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or demand arising from your Contributions, use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

We will maintain certain data you transmit for managing the Services. You are solely responsible for your data. We have no liability for loss or corruption of data. Tvastral is not required to store or retain any content or data that you upload, generate, or otherwise provide through the Services. We are not responsible for any loss, deletion, corruption, or failure to store or transmit your content. Some features of the Services may allow you to manage or control who can access your content. You are responsible for choosing and maintaining the appropriate access settings for your content. We may place reasonable limits on system resources used by the Services, including storage capacity, file size, processing limits, or similar technical constraints. These limits may be updated or adjusted from time to time.
